Potential Questions and Answers:

Could you tell us what the main goal you are trying to reach with this event?
Yes, of course! The Community Foundation of Texas is all about giving back to the community and enhancing the ability for the youth to receive proper education. We wanted to create something that instilled that importance of giving back at an early age and offer some guidance to the youth who are out future.

This campus is new to UNT, how long has it been open for students?
We were so happy to finally open and offer classes at the beginning of the Spring 2023 semester!
This is a very large campus, how much square footage does it cover?
Indeed, it is incredibly big! It is approximately 135,000 square feet.

What are the degree plans offered to students interested in attending?
We offer up to 27 undergraduate plans such as General Business, Journalism’s Public Relations focus, and exclusively offer Project Design Analysis and Industrial Distribution. We also host dual credit courses for high schoolers and offer many graduate degrees. We offer so many more and encourage you to check out our website for more details.

UNT was expected to have up to 5000 students enrolled, how many students have you now enrolled considering you just recently opened?
We are very happy to say that our numbers have reached more than 2,500 students enrolled just two months of us opening. We still do believe we can reach that number; in fact, we believe that in time we can exceed that number.

You invited the CEO of the Dallas Mavericks Cynt Marshall, how excited are you to have her speak to the guests?
We are very excited! Since the majority of our guests are high school basketball players, we think that she will resonate with them. We want to encourage them to continue their passion for the sport and also help them understand the power of giving back and education.

What does UNT at Frisco think of the new Universal project which will be very near your campus?
We are just happy to be in a growing city such as Frisco. Being located in such a city with all this development is exciting; you never know what we or any other company coming in has in store for its citizens now and in the future.

What can we expect moving forward from UNT at Frisco Landing?
Well, we never know what the future holds, but I can say that we plan to continue to grow and expand our reach to the young minds of today. Feel free to stop by our campus anytime and take a look!
